Robbie Robertson, A Canadian singer, songwriter, guitarist for ''The Band''. Inducted into the ''Rock and Roll'' Hall of Fame.

As a songwriter he is responsible for such classics as ''The Weight,'' ''The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down'', ''Up on Cripple Creek'',  ''Broken Arrow'', and ''Somewhere Down the River''.

He scored Martin Scorsese's ''Color of Money'' and ''Raging Bull''..

Robbie is of Mohawk/Jewish decent.
